-
DTF transfers work on a wide variety of fabrics including cotton, polyester, blends, and even dark garments. Please note that you are purchasing the transfer only — we do not apply the design to garments. It is your responsibility to press the transfer onto your chosen item using a heat press.
-
You’ll need a heat press to achieve the best results. Household irons aren’t recommended as they don’t maintain consistent temperature or pressure.
-
Yes, you can collect your transfers in person. However, please wait until you receive an email notification confirming that your order is ready for collection. If you arrive before receiving this notification, your prints may not be ready.

Absolutely! We have no minimum order requirement — whether you need a single transfer or bulk sheets, we can accommodate your needs.
-
When you are creating your gang sheet, the system will alert you if your artwork is too low in resolution. However, we print exactly what you upload. We do not check for spelling errors, unwanted backgrounds, or design issues. By placing your order, you accept these terms and conditions. We cannot be held responsible for any errors in the artwork you provide.
-
300 DPI (dots per inch) means your image has enough detail to print clearly without looking blurry or pixelated — it’s the standard for high-quality printing.
To create or export an image at 300 DPI:
- In design software (like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva Pro), set the resolution to 300 DPI when creating or exporting your file.
- Make sure the image dimensions match the actual print size (e.g. an A4 print at 300 DPI should be 2480 × 3508 pixels).
Low-resolution images (like 72 DPI, used for screens) won’t print well — always check before uploading.
