Orders are produced on a rolling basis as they are received. Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for production and delivery. During busy periods, this may vary slightly depending on order volume.
Yes. To ensure we can meet our deadlines, all orders must be placed no later than 20th April.
Orders received after this date may not be guaranteed for delivery before 27th April.
As all garments are made to order specifically for this cohort, we are unable to offer exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please refer carefully to the size guide before purchasing.
Orders enter production shortly after being placed. Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
The back design includes the full approved cohort name list within the Class of 2026 print. Individual name customisation is not available.
The name list is provided and approved by the cohort organiser prior to production. If you believe there is an issue, please contact your organiser as soon as possible.

DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is a method where designs are printed onto a special film and then transferred onto garments using heat. It produces vibrant, durable prints that work on a variety of fabrics, including cotton, polyester and blends.
Yes. We use professional DTF (Direct to Film) printing, which is applied to soft cotton-faced fabric to ensure sharp detail, strong colour, and excellent durability. Names and designs are made to stay vibrant and intact even after repeated washing.
The lifespan of a DTF-printed garment typically ranges from 50 to 70 washes or more when proper care instructions are followed. With good care, the print can remain vibrant and intact throughout the garment’s life.

Tips to Maximise Lifespan:
1. Wash inside out in cold or lukewarm water.
2. Use a gentle cycle with mild detergent.
3. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and harsh chemicals.
4. Air-dry when possible, or tumble-dry on a low setting.
5. Never iron directly over the design; place a cloth over it if ironing is needed.
By following these guidelines, your DTF-printed garment will maintain its quality and appearance for an extended period.
